The foundation is formed and the plumbing has been roughed
in and we are almost ready for concrete!  5/7/10 to 5/11/10
The foundation has been prepped, the footings are in and the first truck arrives!  After just
a few hours the slab is smoothed.  We start the next step next week!   5/10/10 to 5/14/10

We were delayed a week waiting on windows.  It was worth the wait!  The house is going up so fast even I can't believe it!  We are ready to start
roofing, electrical and plumbing! HVAC goes in next week!
June 1 through June 18, The plumbing is being stubbed out, and fixtures are set.  The HVAC ducting is installed and the rough in wiring is installed.  
During this phase, the exterior siding is going on, the well is dug, and lots of small details are being taken care of.
June 19 through June 23, Things are really beginning to come together, The exterior is just about done, the drywall is hung and just about ready
for paint!  Keep checking back and watch us finish it!
June 24 through July 31, The drywall is completed. The paint is on the walls, the electrical is finished, lights are installed and the floors are
finished! The kitchen cabinets are installed, the bathrooms are completed, All the trim is installed, the closets are completed with rods and
shelves.  The appliances are delivered and installed, everything is given a good cleaning and we are ready for our walk through with the proud
owners!  After a short punch list of items we are ready to tender the keys!  The fireplace surround will be completed by the owner.
From breaking ground to tendering the keys was only 90 days!
