Our home kits are considered "Green" because our kit's dramatically reduce the amount of waste during the framing process as all of the framing is done in a factory in a controlled environment. This gives you the opportunity to save money because you aren't hindered by the weather, you can work hand in hand with your subcontractors by doing some of the work on your home yourself. Our goal is to insure you get the home of your dreams in a timely manner built just the way you want it, by utilizing new technology, and providing energy efficient options for our customers. Keystone Homes LLC also specializes in "custom" home design and manufacturing to ensure that your 'dream home' is your decision, and you don't have to choose from only a stock plan. | The floor plan on this home was modified from the original blue prints. A rear hallway leading from the garage was eliminated to enlarge the closet in a guest bedroom which resulted in the room being larger as well. Other modifications were also made. Email me for a complete list! |
